Las Vegas personal injury lawyer, Allen A. Cap, of the law firm Cap & Kudler, has settled a case on behalf of his client, a victim injured in a car accident, while driving near Lake Mead and H Street. The client was traveling east on Lake Mead Blvd. with a green light when another car ran a red light and t-boned her truck. The other driver crashed into a brick while trying to flee the scene after the accident. The Police who investigated the car accident found empty medication bottles on the other driver’s front seat. As can be seen in the picture below, this was a significant crash.
The client suffered from injuries to her head, neck, right arm down to her fingers, and entire spine. She was transported by ambulance to University Medical Center. She received further care for her personal injuries caused by the other driver’s negligence by Richard Cestowski, D.O, Robert E. Braden, DC of Valley Spine and Sport Clinic, and Randa Bascharon, D.O. of Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute of Las Vegas. This care helped in the recovery of our client’s injuries caused by the personal injury accident.
The adverse driver’s insurance provided minimum coverage. Fortunately, our client was covered by her own Under Insured Motorist Coverage. Her foresight in buying this coverage to protect her own interests allowed this case to settle with the client receiving greater compensation. We thank her providers for reducing their bills to help us provide more compensation to our client .
Las Vegas Personal Injury Lawyer, Allen A. Cap, says “This motor vehicle accident and our client’s injuries were pretty serious. I’m glad I was able to assist our client in recuperating and getting her work vehicle repaired and back on the road”.
